人工流产术后应用屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)及补血益母丸的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析人工流产术后应用屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)及补血益母丸的效果。方法:选取湖南师范大学附属湘东医院2021年10月—2023年10月收治的108例行人工流产术的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组,各54例。对照组术后给予屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ),观察组在对照组基础上给予补血益母丸。比较两组子宫内膜厚度、阴道出血时间、首次月经恢复时间、卵巢功能、炎性因子水平。结果:观察组子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,阴道出血时间、首次月经恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,两组雌二醇水平升高,黄体生成激素、促卵泡激素水平降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-18水平降低,白细胞介素-10水平升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产术后应用屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)及补血益母丸的效果显著,可抑制炎性反应,缩短术后出血时间,从而促进月经及卵巢功能恢复。Objective:To analyze the effect of drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol tablets(Ⅱ)combined with Buxue Yimu pills after induced abortion.Methods:A total of 108 patients who underwent induced abortion at Affiliated Xiangdong Hospital of Hunan Normal University from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol tablets(Ⅱ)postoperatively,while the observation group received Buxue Yimu pills in addition to the treatment given to the control group.The endometrial thickness,vaginal bleeding time,time to first menstruation recovery,ovarian function,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The endometrial thickness in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and the vaginal bleeding time and time to first menstruation recovery were shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the estradiol levels increased,while the luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone levels decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing better results than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6 and interleukin-18 decreased,and the level of interleukin-10 increased in both groups,with the observation group outperforming the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol tablets(Ⅱ)and Buxue Yimu pills after induced abortion has significant effects,including inhibiting inflammatory reactions,shortening postoperative bleeding time,and promoting the recovery of menstruation and ovarian function.
