坤泰胶囊联合米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨坤泰胶囊联合米非司酮在围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者中的应用价值。方法:选取菏泽市单县中心医院2022年1月—2023年12月接诊的107例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=53,接受坤泰胶囊治疗)和观察组(n=54,采用坤泰胶囊与米非司酮联合治疗)。对比两组治疗效果及相关指标变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.035);观察组控制出血时间和完全止血时间短于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,两组黄体生成素、卵泡雌激素水平及子宫内膜厚度下降,雌二醇与血红蛋白水平上升,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:坤泰胶囊联合米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的效果较好,可缩短止血时间,改善患者的激素水平及子宫内膜厚度。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of Kuntai Capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:A total of 107 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to Heze Shanxian Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=53,treated with Kuntai Capsule)and an observation group(n=54,treated with Kuntai Capsule combined with mifepristone).The therapeutic efficacy and related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P=0.035).The bleeding control time and complete hemostasis time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone,follicle-stimulating hormone,and endometrial thickness decreased,while the levels of estradiol and hemoglobin increased in both groups,with the observation group showing superior results compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Kuntai Capsule and mifepristone is effective in treating perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,significantly reducing hemostasis time and improving hormone levels and endometrial thickness in patients.
