王肯堂口腔溃疡方治疗口腔溃疡的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析王肯堂口腔溃疡方治疗口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月江阴市利港医院接诊的口腔溃疡患者60例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组予以B族维生素治疗,观察组予以王肯堂口腔溃疡方治疗。比较两组中医症状积分、溃疡局部疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组中医症状积分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医症状积分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组溃疡局部总有效率高于对照组(P=0.009)。治疗期间,两组均未见恶心、胃脘烧灼痛、药疹、药物热等不良反应。结论:王肯堂口腔溃疡方治疗口腔溃疡的效果较好,可改善患者的临床症状,促进溃疡愈合,且安全性较好。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Wang Kentang's Oral Ulcer Formula in treating oral ulcers.Methods:Sixty patients with oral ulcers admitted to Jiangyin Ligang Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with B-complex vitamins,while the observation group was treated with Wang Kentang's Oral Ulcer Formula.The troditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,local ulcer efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in troditional Chinese medicine symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the troditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of both groups decreased,with the observation group being lower than the control group(P<0.001).The total effective rate of local ulcer treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.009).During the treatment period,no adverse reactions such as nausea,epigastric burning pain,drug eruption,or drug fever were observed in either group.Conclusion:Wang Kentang's Oral Ulcer Formula is effective in treating oral ulcers,improves clinical symptoms,promotes ulcer healing,and has good safety.
