半夏厚朴汤加味治疗儿童发声性抽动的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏厚朴汤加味治疗儿童发声性抽动的效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年6月深圳市儿童医院收治的发声性抽动患儿120例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予盐酸硫必利片治疗,观察组给予半夏厚朴汤加味治疗。比较两组耶鲁抽动严重度量表(YGTSS)评分、中医证候积分、神经功能及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组YGTSS评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组YGTSS评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组运动能力、感觉能力评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组运动能力、感觉能力评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.025)。结论:半夏厚朴汤加味治疗发声性抽动患儿的效果较好,可有效缓解患儿临床症状,改善其神经功能。Objective:To observe the effect of Banxia Houpu Decoction in the treatment of children's vocal tic.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty children with vocal tic admitted to Shenzhen Children's Hospital from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with sixty cases in each group.The control group was treated with thiopride hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with Banxia Houpu Decoction.Yale tic severity scale(YGTSS)score,trardition Chinese medicine syndrome score,neurological function and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in YGTSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,YGTSS scores were lower in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in trardition Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the trardition Chinese medicine syndrome scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.001).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of motor ability and sensory ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of motor ability and sensory ability of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.025).Conclusion:Banxia Houpu Decoction has a good effect on the treatment of children with vocal tic,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the neurological function of children.
