摘　　要：目的:观察经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)在腹腔镜全子宫切除术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年1月—2023年12月在山东第一医科大学第二附属医院术后行腹腔镜全子宫切除术且术后6 h内出现肩部疼痛且数字评分法(NRS)评分≥4分的患者100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组给予基础治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予TEAS治疗。对比两组术后肩部NRS评分、胃肠功能恢复指标、术后满意度。结果:术后6、12、24、48 h,试验组NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.001)。相较于对照组,试验组术后肠鸣音恢复时间以及肛门首次排气、排便时间更早(P<0.001)。两组护理满意度、治疗满意度比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);试验组镇痛满意度高于对照组(P=0.008)。结论:TEAS可增强腹腔镜全子宫切除术后肩部疼痛的镇痛效果,促进患者胃肠功能恢复,提高患者镇痛满意度。Objective:To observe the application effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)in patients after total laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods:A total of 100 patients who underwent total laparoscopic hysterectomy at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from January 2021 to December 2023 and experienced shoulder pain within 6 hours postoperatively with a numerical rating scale(NRS)score of≥4 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received basic treatment,while the experimental group received TEAS in addition to the basic treatment.The postoperative shoulder NRS scores,gastrointestinal function recovery indicators,and postoperative satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:at 6,12,24,and 48 hours postoperatively,the NRS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).Compared with the control group,the recovery time of bowel sounds and the first flatus and defecation times in the experimental group were earlier(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in nursing satisfaction and treatment satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction with analgesia in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.008).Conclusion:TEAS can enhance the analgesic effect of shoulder pain after total laparoscopic hysterectomy,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and improve patient satisfaction with analgesia.
