常规西药联合温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗原发性高血压的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析常规西药联合温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗原发性高血压的应用效果。方法:选取甘肃医学院附属医院2021年3月—2023年12月收治的原发性高血压患者76例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗。对比两组血压水平、中医证候积分、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组头痛、眩晕、胸闷、呕吐痰涎评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.047);两组不良反应发生情况对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:常规西药联合温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗原发性高血压的应用效果显著,可有效降血压,缓解临床症状,且用药安全性高。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of conventional western medicine combined with Wendan Decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 76 patients with essential hypertension admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu Medical University from March 2021 to December 2023 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Wendan Decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in addition to the conventional treatment.Blood pressure levels,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,treatment efficacy,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in both groups decreased,with the observation group showing lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).The scores for headache,vertigo,chest tightness,and vomiting of phlegm decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.047).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Conventional western medicine combined with Wendan Decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction is significantly effective in the treatment of essential hypertension,effectively lowering blood pressure,alleviating clinical symptoms,and demonstrating high drug safety.
