血府逐瘀丸联合西医常规方案治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析血府逐瘀丸联合西医常规方案治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法:选取昌平区中西医结合医院内一科2023年6月—2024年6月收治的120例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组予以西医常规方案治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用血府逐瘀丸。比较两组心绞痛发作情况、生活质量、中医证候积分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组心绞痛发作频率、持续时间均降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组躯体活动、心绞痛稳定、心绞痛发作、疾病认知评分升高,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.032)。结论:血府逐瘀丸联合西医常规方案治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果显著,可降低心绞痛发作频率和持续时间,提高患者生活质量,缓解症状。Objective:To analyze the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu pill combined with conventional western medicine in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to the first department of internal medicine of Changping District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups,with sixty cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu pill on the basis of the control group.The incidence of angina pectoris,quality of life,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the frequency and duration of angina pectoris were decreased in both groups,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the physical activity,angina stability,angina attack and disease cognition scores of the two groups were increased,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P=0.032).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu pill combined with conventional western medicine can reduce the frequency and duration of angina pectoris,improve the quality of life of patients and relieve symptoms.
