摘　　要：目的:观察快速康复护理模式在剖宫产术后护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月于毕节市七星关区人民医院行剖宫产术的产妇80例为观察对象,以抛硬币法将产妇分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组予以常规护理模式,观察组予以快速康复护理模式。比较疼痛情况、心理状态、产后恢复情况及母乳喂养情况。结果:护理前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后3 d,两组VAS、SAS、SDS评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后24 h阴道出血量少于对照组,首次离床活动时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、泌乳开始时间早于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组母乳喂养率高于对照组(P=0.019)。结论:快速康复护理模式在剖宫产术后护理中的应用效果显著,可减轻疼痛,改善心理状态,促进产后恢复,提高母乳喂养率。Objective:To observe the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing model in postoperative care of cesarean section.Methods:A total of 80 parturients who underwent cesarean section at the Bijie Qixingguan District People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group,using the coin toss method.The control group received conventional nursing care,while the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing care.Pain levels,psychological status,postpartum recovery,and breastfeeding status were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).3 days postoperatively,both groups showed reduced VAS,SAS,and SDS scores,with the observation group scoring lower than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had less vaginal bleeding within 24 hours postoperatively,earlier first ambulation,faster recovery of gastrointestinal function,and earlier initiation of lactation compared to the control group(P<0.001).The breastfeeding rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.019).Conclusion:The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing model in postoperative care of cesarean section has significant effects,including alleviating pain,improving psychological status,promoting postpartum recovery,and increasing breastfeeding rates.
