摘　　要：目的:分析尿道下裂患儿采用4C延续护理干预的效果。方法:选择2022年1月—2024年1月文山州人民医院收治的尿道下裂患儿80例作为研究对象,通过抽签法随机分为参照组与试验组,每组40例。参照组实施常规护理干预,试验组实施4C延续护理干预。对比两组家庭护理相关知识掌握情况、患儿术后并发症发生率、家属满意度。结果:护理后,两组家庭护理相关知识掌握水平升高,试验组高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组患儿术后并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.001);试验组患儿家属总满意率高于参照组(P=0.024)。结论:4C延续护理应用在尿道下裂患儿中的效果较好,可提高家庭护理相关知识掌握度及家属满意度,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of 4C continuous nursing intervention on children with hypospadias.Methods:A total of eighty children with hypospadias treated in Wenshan Prefecture People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group by drawing lots,with forty cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group received 4C continuous nursing intervention.The knowledge of family nursing,the incidence of postoperative complications and the satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the level of family nursing knowledge in both groups increased,and the experimental group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in experimental group was lower than that in reference group(P<0.001).The total satisfaction rate of family members in experimental group was higher than that in reference group(P=0.024).Conclusion:The application of 4C continuous nursing in children with hypospadias has a good effect,which can improve the knowledge of family nursing and family satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
