尿沉渣分析仪法联合尿干化学分析法在泌尿系统疾病中的诊断价值分析

摘  要:目的:分析尿沉渣分析仪法联合尿干化学分析法在泌尿系统疾病中的诊断价值。方法:选取宿迁市第一人民医院2022年3月—2024年5月收治的68例疑似泌尿系统疾病患者为研究对象,患者均接受尿干化学分析法及尿沉渣分析仪检测,以显微镜检查法为“金标准”,分析尿沉渣分析仪法联合尿干化学分析法在泌尿系统疾病中的诊断效能。结果:显微镜检查结果显示,68例患者中,55例患泌尿系统疾病,占比80.88%。联合检测诊断泌尿系统疾病的灵敏度、准确度高于尿干化学分析法和尿沉渣分析仪法检测(P<0.05);尿干化学分析法和尿沉渣分析仪法单独及联合检测诊断泌尿系统疾病的特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:尿干化学分析法联合尿沉渣分析仪法诊断泌尿系统疾病的价值较高。Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of urine sediment analyzer combined with urine dry chemistry analysis in urinary system diseases.Methods:A total of 68 patients with suspected urinary system diseases admitted to Suqian First People's Hospital from March 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent urine dry chemistry analysis and urine sediment analyzer testing,with microscopic examination as the"gold standard".The diagnostic efficacy of urine sediment analyzer combined with urine dry chemistry analysis in urinary system diseases was analyzed.Results:Microscopic examination results showed that 55 out of 68 patients had urinary system diseases,accounting for 80.88%.The sensitivity and accuracy of the combined detection in diagnosing urinary system diseases were higher than those of urine dry chemistry analysis and urine sediment analyzer alone(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value between urine dry chemistry analysis,urine sediment analyzer alone,and their combined detection in diagnosing urinary system diseases(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of urine dry chemistry analysis and urine sediment analyzer has high diagnostic value in urinary system diseases.
