摘 要:“文化大革命”结束后,各级党政领导班子进行了大力整顿。这次整顿以纯洁性为旨归,清查“四人帮”帮派体系,调整配备领导班子;召开各级党的代表大会,不断充实加强党的各级领导班子;召开各级人民代表大会,改组省级革委会领导班子。中共十一届三中全会后,中共中央提出了调整领导班子工作“三位一体”的任务,并制定了规划。在党政领导班子整顿和调整的过程中,选人用人观念发生了改变,选拔中青年干部的举措初步体系化。这些都为之后领导班子“四化”建设打下了基础。After the end of the“Cultural Revolution”,the leadership group of Party and government at all levels carried out vigorous rectiffcation.This rectiffcation aimed to maintain purity,investigate the factionalist setup of the“Gang of Four”,and adjust the leadership group;to convene Party congresses at all levels,continuously enriching and strengthening the leadership group;to convene people’s congresses at all levels and reorganize the leadership group of provincial revolutionary committees.After the third plenary session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee proposed the task of adjusting the leadership group’s“Trinity”and formulated a plan.In the process of rectifying and adjusting Party and government leadership group,the concept of selecting and employing personnel changed,and the measures for selecting young and middle-aged cadres were preliminarily systematized.These laid the foundation for the construction of revolutionary,youthful,knowledgeable,and specialized leadership group in the future.
