摘 要:中国进入全面经济结构调整阶段,发展全废钢电炉流程是中国钢铁工业完成“双碳”目标的阶段性共识,但电弧炉炼钢生产效率低于转炉炼钢是制约其发展的关键因素之一,电弧炉炼钢过程的能量转化效率和速率是推动物质转化的直接推动力,间接影响了生产效率。通过分析电弧炉炼钢生产过程中能量输入到输出的过程得出影响电弧炉炼钢能量效率的关键因素,并与实际生产数据对比,得出通过设备大型化和高效化冶炼的技术手段,可以使电弧炉炼钢生产效率达到同吨位转炉炼钢相当的水平(200 t/h)。仅提高电弧炉炼钢过程总能量供给并不能直接提高其生产率,只有提高电弧炉炼钢过程中的能量转化效率和速率,才能将输入能量转化为提高物质转化的推动力。国内多数电弧炉冶炼效率得到了大幅度提高,但操作水平却有待提高,尤其是能量效率的提高应该成为下一步电弧炉健康发展的主要攻关方向。China has entered a stage of comprehensive economic structure adjustment.Developing the all-scrap elec-tric arc furnace(EAF)process is a phased consensus in China's steel industry to achieve the dual-carbon goals.However,the lower production efficiency of EAF steelmaking compared to converter steelmaking is one of the key factors restricting its development.The energy conversion efficiency and rate in the EAF steelmaking process are the direct driving forces for material conversion,indirectly affecting production efficiency.The key factors affecting the energy efficiency of electric arc furnace steelmaking are achieved by analyzing the process of energy input to output in the production of electric arc furnace steelmaking,and compared with actual production data,it is shown that through the technical means of large-scale equip-ment and high-efficiency smelting,the production efficiency of electric arc furnace steelmaking can reach a level equivalent to that of converter steelmaking of the same tonnage(200 t/h).Merely increasing the total energy supply in the EAF steel-making process cannot directly improve its productivity.Only by increasing the energy conversion efficiency and rate in the EAF steelmaking process can transform the input energy into a driving force for enhancing material conversion.The smelting efficiency of most EAFs in China has been significantly improved,but the operational level still needs to be enhanced.In particular,improving energy efficiency should become the main research direction for the healthy development of EAFs in the next step.
