摘  要:对某钢厂高线盘条P-F线空冷传热特性进行了理论计算和分析讨论。结果表明:在盘条集卷后P-F线运输过程直至入库的相对低温阶段,环境温度与盘条之间的热流变化对盘条组织的稳定性、力学性能和残余应力有显著影响。当环境温度使盘条冷却速度过快时,采取合适的过程缓冷措施可以充分释放盘条的残余应力,提高盘条组织的稳定性和综合力学性能,改善其使用性,同时有利于缩短盘条交付周期,因此在生产实践中需关注环境温度对盘条冷却速度的影响。Theoretical calculations and analytical discussions were conducted on the air-cooled heat transfer characteristics of the P-F line of a certain steel plant's high-speed wire rod.The results indicate that during the relatively low temperature stage of P-F line transportation after coiling until storage of the wire rod,the thermal flow changes between the ambient temperature and the wire rod have a significant impact on the stability,mechanical properties and residual stress of the wire rod structure.When the ambient temperature causes the cooling rate of the wire rod to be too fast,taking appropriate process coling measures can fully release the residual stress of the wire rod,improve the stability and comprehensive mechanical properties of the wire rod structure,improve its usability,and also help shorten the delivery cycle of the wire rod.Therefore,in production practice,attention should be paid to the influence of ambient temperature on the cooling rate of the wire rod.
