宁武1/3焦煤在热回收焦炉的生产实践

摘　　要：安钢周口新建168万t热回收炼焦炉,该种焦炉具有炭化室宽、周转时间长的特点,煤种适应性更强,为更好地降低配合煤成本,对宁武地区煤质进行对比分析,最终选取宁武1/3焦煤进行常规指标分析、煤岩分析、40 kg小焦炉单种煤炼焦试验,成功引入并应用于生产,经过多次配煤结构优化,替代了部分焦煤,焦炭质量保持稳定,热性能略有提高,拓宽了炼焦煤资源,降低了配合煤成本。A new 1.68 million tons of heat recovery coke oven is bulited in Zhoukou by Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd,this kind of coke oven has the characteristics of wide carbonization room and long turnover time,coal adaptability is stronger,in order to better reduce the cost of the coal,the coal quality of Ningwu area is compared and analyzed,and finally Ningwu 1/3 coking coal is selected for conventional index analysis,coal rock analysis,40 kg small coke oven single coal coking experiment,successfully introduced and applied in production.After many times of coal blending structure optimization,part of the coking coal is replaced by Ningwu 1/3 coking coal,the coke quality remains stable,thermal performance is slightly improved,coking coal resources are expanded,and the cost of the coal is reduced.
