摘　　要：由于钢铁市场行情低迷,降低成本成为企业生存的首要目标。原燃料成本占铁水综合成本的90%以上。为降低采购成本,充分发掘配煤配矿的降本潜力,柳钢在进口块矿方面逐步开始配用品位低于60%的块矿。为进一步降低原料成本,拓展采购高性价比矿石资源,在炉容为1 500 m^(3)的高炉进行低品位块矿冶炼生产。通过精细化原燃料管理,抓好原料的筛分管理,在焦炭质量稳定的条件下,实现低品位冶炼,取得较好的效果,生铁成本降低3元/吨。Due to the downturn in the steel market,reducing the cost has become the primary goal of enterprises to survive.The cost of raw materials and fuels accounts for over 90%of the comprehensive cost of molten iron.In to reduce the procurement costs and fully tap the cost reduction potential of coal blending and ore blending,Liuzhou Iron and Steel has gradually started to use lump ores with a grade lower than 60%in terms of imported lump ores.To further reduce the cost of raw materials and expand the procurement of cost-effective ore resources,it has carried out smelting production of low-grade lump ores in blast furnaces with a capacity of 1500 m^(3).Through refined management of raw materials and fuels and strengthening the screening management of raw materials,under the condition of stable coke quality,low-grade smelting has been achieved,and good results have been obtained,with the cost of pig iron reduced by 3 yuan per ton.
