摘　　要：对中板轧机液压平衡系统中活塞式蓄能器的工作原理进行分析,对活塞式蓄能器测压及排气系统进行优化改造。优化改造后的液压系统的操作效率和安全性得到大幅度提高。引入的快速测压及排气装置减少了高压氮气的排放量,有效降低了维护风险,并大幅缩短了检修时间,从而提高了生产效率和经济效益,具有较强的实用价值。The working principle of piston accumulator in the hydraulic balance system of medium plate mill is analyzed,and the pressure measurement and exhaust system of piston accumulator are optimized and modified.The operation efficiency and safety of the optimized hydraulic system have been greatly improved.The introduced rapid pressure measurement and exhaust device reduces the emission of high pressure nitrogen,effectively reduces the maintenance risks,and greatly shortens the maintenance time,thereby improving the production efficiency and economic benefits,and has strong practical value.
