摘　　要：当前,世界百年未有之大变局加快推动生产力和生产关系重塑,我国进一步全面深化改革和纵深推进中国式现代化,对世界城市发展和世界城市网络演进产生了深刻影响。可以预见,在全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程上将有更多中国城市发展为世界城市。在此进程中,面对国际形势动荡、经济下行、贸易碎片化等不利因素的影响,以培育新质生产力关键,推动城市在不确定性的外部环境迈向更加确定的未来是中国城市迈向世界城市的重要选择。新质生产力作为契合时代发展需求的先进生产力,可通过推进城市动力变革、产业变革、要素变革、空间变革、制度变革和功能提升,持续增强全球高端要素资源的集散和配置能力,成为世界城市发展的根本动力。The profound changes unseen in a century are accelerating the reshaping of productivity and production relations.China s further comprehensive deepening of reforms and advancement of Chinese path to modernization have exerted a profound impact on the development of world cities and the evolution of the world city network.A strong nation necessitates strong cities,and it is foreseeable that more Chinese cities will rise to become world cities on the new journey of building a modern socialist country in all respects.In this process,confronted with adverse factors such as international instability,economic downturn,and trade fragmentation,fostering new quality productive forces is crucial for cities to navigate an uncertain external environment and move towards a more certain future.This represents an important choice for Chinese cities aspiring to become world cities.As an advanced productivity that aligns with the demands of the times,new quality productive forces can continuously enhance the city s ability to gather and allocate high-end global resources by promoting changes in urban dynamics,industries,factors,spatial layout,institutions,and functional upgrades,thereby becoming the fundamental driving force for the development of world cities.
