浅议加强农药登记试验管理的重要性

摘　　要：农药登记试验单位认定作为一项新的行政许可,影响农药登记试验的科学性、有效性,关系到农药登记数据的真实性、可追溯,受到各方关注。近期《农药登记试验管理办法》修订,对于农药登记试验单位管理提出了进一步的要求。本文结合修订过程中的掌握信息情况,分析了对农药登记试验单位加强管理的重要性,阐述了加强农药登记试验和农药登记试验单位管理的相关要求,并提出了下一步的初步计划,以期为农药登记试验科学化管理提供参考和依据。The accreditation of pesticide registration testing laboratory as a new administrative license,has attracted attention from all relevant parties,because it impacts the scientific validity of pesticide registration testing and is closely related to the authenticity and traceability of pesticide registration data.The recent revision of the“Measures on the Management of Pesticide Registration Testing”has introduced further requirements for the management of pesticide registration and testing laboratories.This article analyzes the importance of strengthening the management of pesticide registration testing laboratories based on the information gathered during the revision process.It elaborates on the relevant requirements for strengthening pesticide registration testing and testing facilities,and proposes preliminary plans for the next steps,in order to provide a reference and basis for the scientific management of pesticide registration testing.
