摘　　要：农业技术员(农药使用指导员)国家职业标准的出台将是对《“十四五”全国农药产业发展规划》关于“逐步推行农药安全使用指导员制度”这一制度性顶层设计的具体落实。在农药产业绿色高质量发展的大背景下,农业技术员(农药使用指导员)这一新职业应运而生,其也必将伴随国家一系列职业化顶层设计和政策引导而迎来自己的发展高峰,承担自己开展“农药使用技术咨询、指导、培训、开发和信息服务”的社会责任,完成“完善农药安全使用体系”的历史使命。The introduction of national professional standards for agricultural technicians(pesticide use instructors)will be a concrete implementation of the institutional top-level design of“gradually promoting the pesticide safety use instructor system”in the“National Pesticide Industry Development Plan for the 14 th Five Year Plan”.In the context of the green and high-quality development of the pesticide industry,the new profession of agricultural technician(pesticide use instructor)has emerged,and it is expected to reach its own development peak with the guidance of a series of professional top-level designs and policy from the country,taking on its social responsibility of providing“technology consultation,guidance,training,development,and information services”on pesticide use,and fulfill the historical mission of“improving the safe use system of pesticides”.
