骨料烘干煤粉燃烧器结构设计与性能分析

摘  要:骨料烘干煤粉燃烧器结构与其内部流场密切相关,进而影响煤粉燃烧的效果及设备的燃烧性能。为分析燃烧器结构对煤粉燃烧效果的影响规律,运用可有效改善煤粉燃烧性能的旋流、稳燃及浓淡分离技术,设计了旋流式、旋流稳燃式、旋流浓淡分离式三种骨料烘干煤粉燃烧器结构,以煤粉燃烧效率和NO排放量为评价指标,数值模拟研究不同各次风控制参数下三种结构型式对燃烧性能的影响规律,并确定最佳煤粉燃烧器结构型式,基于此,搭建骨料烘干煤粉燃烧器试验台,并通过煤粉燃烧试验验证数值模拟的可靠性。研究表明,基于旋流技术和浓淡分离技术可极大提高骨料烘干煤粉燃烧器的燃烧效率及降低污染排放;各次风控制参数对三种型式燃烧器的燃烧效率及NO排放均产生影响,其中受影响最小的是旋流浓淡分离式燃烧器;旋流浓淡分离式骨料烘干煤粉燃烧器的性能优于旋流式与旋流稳燃式结构;由试验结果可知,旋流浓淡分离式燃烧器的NO排放量比旋流式燃烧器低31.4%。该研究为骨料烘干煤粉燃烧器煤粉燃烧机理研究提供了有效手段,为探究以煤粉为燃料的骨料烘干设备燃烧器结构提供了依据。The structure of aggregate drying pulverized coal burner correlates with its internal flow field,and further affects the pulverized coal combustion effect.The swirl,swirl-steady combustion and swirl-dense thin separation pulverized coal burner of aggregate drying were designed based on swirl,steady combustion and dense thin separation technology.The influence of pulverized coal burner structure on the burner performance based on pulverized coal combustion efficiency and NO emission as evaluation indexes under different air distribution parameters was investigated by numerical simulation.The optimum structure of pulverized coal burner was determined.Based on this,the aggregate drying pulverized coal combustion experiment was built,and the numerical simulation was verified by pulverized coal combustion tests.The results indicated that the combustion efficiency can be greatly improved and the emission can be reduced of aggregate drying pulverized coal burner using the swirl and dense thin separation approach.The air distribution parameters have a certain impact on the combustion efficiency and NO emission of the three types of burners,with the swirl-dense thin separation pulverized coal burner being the least affected.The performance of the swirl-dense thin separation pulverized coal burner is superior to that of swirl and swirl-steady combustion type.According to the test results,the NO emission of the swirl-dense thin separation pulverized coal burner is 31.4%lower than that of swirl burner.This study suggests an effective approach for the study of pulverized coal combustion mechanism of pulverized coal burner of aggregate drying,and provides a basis for exploring the burner structure of aggregate drying equipment using pulverized coal as fuel.
