摘 要:建立箔片式空气动压轴承的三维热流耦合模型,通过与文献试验结果的对比分析,验证热流耦合模型的正确性和可靠性。对比分析等温模型和热流耦合模型的数值结果,发现在相同条件下等温模型的轴承承载力小于热流耦合模型的计算结果。模拟计算并获得了转子延长段散热、转速、最小气膜厚度和径向间隙等因素对轴承承载力和气膜平均温度的影响规律。结果表明:转子延长段与环境空气间的对流换热是转子-轴承系统的重要散热途径,对轴承承载力和气膜温度有显著影响;转速与轴承承载力和气膜平均温度呈正相关,最小气膜厚度和径向间隙与轴承承载力和气膜平均温度呈负相关。对影响轴承性能的参数敏感性分析表明:转速是影响气膜平均温度的关键因素,最小气膜厚度对气膜平均温度的影响最小,径向间隙、最小气膜厚度与转速均对轴承承载力具有较大的影响。在箔片式空气动压轴承的工程实践中,建议采用热流耦合模型,并应考虑转子延长段与环境空气间的对流换热。A three-dimensional heat flow coupling model of aerodynamic foil bearing is established and the validation of this model has been confirmed through the comparisons between the numerical simulation results and experimental results from literature under the same conditions.The comparisons between isothermal model and heat flow coupling model of aerodynamic foil bearing have been conducted and analyzed,it is found that the load capacity of isothermal model is always lower than that of heat flow coupling model for the given rotor speeds.The influence of rotor extension length,rotor speed,the minimum film thickness and radial clearance on the load capacity and gas film average temperature are simulated and comprehensively analyzed based on the heat flow coupling model.The results show that the forced heat transfer between the outer surface of rotor extension length and the ambient air has a significant effect on the gas film temperature,and it plays an important role for the temperature distribution of the assemble of aerodynamic foil bearing and rotor.The sensitivity analysis of performance for aerodynamic foil bearing show that the rotor speed is the key factor to influence the gas film temperature,the minimum film thickness has the least influence on the gas film temperature,and the three parameters of radial clearance,the minimum film thickness and rotor speed have almost the same influence on the load capacity of aerodynamic foil bearing.The heat flow coupling model of aerodynamic foil bearing is recommended in the real industrial applications,and it is necessary to take into account the heat transfer between the outer surface of rotor extension length and the ambient air.
