摘  要:响应绿色化学号召,寻找更绿色、更安全、更环保的材料技术是化学领域的重点之一。减少污染物的产生和使用可再生原料、对环境无害的试剂和催化剂是实现可持续发展的重要战略。杂原子沸石因其独特的性质在工业催化中广泛应用。钛硅酸盐沸石作为最具代表性的杂原子沸石之一,在烯烃环氧化、苯酚羟基化等有机底物的H2O_(2)选择性氧化中得到广泛的应用。近年来钛硅分子筛的合成工艺研究取得了一定进展,包括采用无机硅源和无机铝源为原料的低成本原料法、对分子筛进行深度处理的后处理法、通过合成一个固态的凝胶前驱体(通常是二氧化硅或铝硅酸盐)减少溶剂使用的干凝胶法、基于独特的加热体系促使晶核快速萌发的微波辅助法、无污染合成过程简单的无溶剂法和快速结晶及减少模板剂使用的晶种法等。这些方法旨在原料、新合成工艺以及后处理等方面对TS-1的合成进行改进。考虑到TS-1在工业应用中的重要性,持续研究低成本、低污染和高性能的合成策略至关重要。In response to the call of green chemistry,looking for greener,safer and more environmentally friendly material technologies is one of the key points in the field of chemistry.Reducing the generation of pollutants and using renewable raw materials,environmentally sound reagents and catalysts are important strategies for achieving sustainable development.Heteroatomic zeolites are widely used in industrial catalysis because of their unique properties.As one of the most representative heteroatomic zeolites,titanosilicate zeolites have been widely used in the H2O_(2)selective oxidation of organic substrates such as olefin epoxidation and phenol hydroxylation.In recent years,some progress has been made in the synthesis process of titanium silicon molecular sieve.These include low-cost feedstock method using inorganic silicon sources and inorganic aluminum sources as raw materials,post-treatment method for in-depth treatment of molecular sieve,dry gel method to reduce solvent use by synthesizing a solid gel precursor(usually silica or aluminosilicate),microwave-assisted method to promote rapid nucleation based on a unique heating system,solvent-free method with a simple,non-pollution synthesis process,and crystal seed method for rapid crystallization and reduced use of template agent.These methods are aimed at improving the synthesis of TS-1 in terms of raw materials,new synthesis processes and post-treatment.Given the importance of TS-1 in industrial applications,it is critical to continue the research on low-cost,low-pollution and high-performance synthesis strategies.
