石脑油加氢装置加工浆态床重石脑油的研究

摘　　要：300×10^(4)t/a浆态床渣油加氢装置重石脑油原设计去350×10^(4)t/a柴油加氢裂化装置加工,生产出低硫、低氮的精制石脑油,但占用了柴油加氢裂化装置加工柴油的能力,全厂经济效益无法最大化。为了柴油加氢裂化装置加工更多的浆态床柴油、催化柴油、直馏柴油,结合实际生产情况及市场需求,利用石脑油加氢装置加工部分浆态床重石脑油。石脑油加氢装置设计加工规模为360×10^(4)t/a,原料通过反应系统进行脱硫、脱氮、二烯烃饱和等加氢反应,反应产物进入预加氢分离罐,顶部气相经循环氢压缩机压缩后进入反应系统,底部液相进入汽提塔汽提,最后进入分馏系统后进行轻重组分切割,生产出精制石脑油,实际加工过程中掺炼量最高提至67t/h,也能生产出满足重整装置进料的精制石脑油,增加了PX产量,使公司效益最大化,同时开辟一条浆态床重石脑油加工路线,使全厂加工流程更加灵活。The heavy naphtha from the 3.0Mt/a slurry bed residue hydrogenation unit was originally designed to be processed in the 3.5Mt/a diesel hydrocracking unit to produce low sulfur and low nitrogen refined naphtha,but this scheme used the diesel processing capacity of the diesel hydrocracking unit and could not maximize the economic benefits of the whole plant.In order to process more slurry bed diesel,FCC diesel and straight-run diesel in the diesel hydrocracking unit,part of the slurry bed heavy naphtha is processed in naphtha hydrogenation unit according to the actual production and the market demand.The design capacity of the naphtha hydrogenation unit is 3.6Mt/a.The raw materials undergo hydrogenation reactions such as desulfu-rization,denitrification and diolefin saturation through the reaction system.The reaction products enter the pre-hydrogenation separation tank,the overhead gas phase is compressed by recycle hydrogen compressor and then enters the reaction system,and the bottom liquid phase enters the stripping tower for stripping and finally enters the fractionation system for the cutting of light and heavy components,thus producing refined naphtha.The blending amount in actual production is up to 67t/h,and refined naphtha that meet the feed requirements of CCR unit can also be produced,increasing the PX output and maximizing the company′s benefit.At the same time,a slurry bed heavy naphtha processing route is opened up,making the whole plant′s process flow more flexible.
