摘 要:为了提升高含硫等酸性天然气的处理效率,研究了醇胺法天然气脱硫脱碳装置的效能,发现提高脱硫效率、降低能耗,需要不断优化工艺流程、选择合适的填料厚度。进一步结合国际、国内现有先进酸性天然气净化处理技术、酸性天然气净化处理工艺,研究在法哈油田高含H_(2)S和CO_(2)等酸性气体的处理中优化工艺流程、热泵方案、MDEA填料厚度、热稳盐浓度、吸收塔压力、再生塔回流比。提出构建酸性气直接压缩式热泵方案,利用热泵技术,回收再生塔塔顶酸性气的潜热,使酸性气温度达到140℃,降低能耗。在脱硫工艺中采用逆向通入NaOH的方式对树脂进行再生。采用波纹板填料,下口进液脱硫效果优于上口进液,在处理过程中合理选择填料厚度与进液方式,可以实现优化脱硫过程,提高系统效率。当系统内的热稳盐浓度低于3%时,MDEA溶液脱硫效率可达到97%以上,净化处理效率较高。再生塔的回流比对贫胺溶液的再生效果具有显著影响,在回流比为1.5,再生塔温度为120℃时,贫胺溶液的再生效果最佳,整个脱硫系统的能效达到最优,降低了净化气中H_(2)S的含量,运行效率较高。In order to improve the treatment efficiency of acidic natural gas such as high sulfur natural gas,the efficiency of natural gas desulfurization and decarburization unit by alcohol amine method was studied.It was found that to improve the desulfurization efficiency and reduce the energy consumption,it is necessary to continuously optimize the process flow and select the appropriate packing thickness.Combined with the existing advanced international and domestic acidic natural gas purification technologies and acidic natural gas purification processes,the optimization of process flow,heat pump scheme,MDEA packing thickness,heat stable salt concentration,absorption tower pressure and regeneration tower reflux ratio in the treatment of acid gas with high H_(2)S and CO_(2)content in Faihaa Oil Field was further studied.A heat pump scheme with direct compression of acid gas was proposed to recover the latent heat of acid gas at the top of regeneration tower by us-ing heat pump technology,so that the temperature of acid gas reaches 140℃and energy consumption is reduced.In the desulfurization process,the resin was regenerated by introducing NaOH in reverse.With corrugated plate packing,the desulfurization effect of introducing liquid at the lower inlet is better than that at the upper inlet.Reasonable selection of packing thickness and liquid introduction method can optimize the desulfurization process and improve the system efficiency.When the heat stable salt concentration in the system is lower than 3%,the desulfurization efficiency of MDEA solution can reach more than 97%and the purification efficiency is high.The reflux ratio of the regeneration tower has a significant impact on the regeneration effect of lean amine solution.When the reflux ratio is 1.5 and the temperature of regeneration tower is 120℃,the regeneration effect of the lean amine solution is the best,the energy efficiency of the whole desulfurization system reaches the optimum,the H_(2)S content of the purified gas is reduced,and the operation eff
