工业重整装置中加热炉热效率的优化改造

摘  要:加热炉是石油化工装置中不可或缺的关键设备,承担着过程介质的加热,对其利用程度直接关系到各装置的能耗指标。为实现炼油化工企业的节能减排,需要提高加热炉的热效率,以及解决低温空气预热器的酸露点腐蚀问题。采用“95+”余热回收技术,对60×10^(4)t/a催化重整装置重整单元加热炉区进行了升级改造。通过对燃料气和空气进行双预热,并对燃料气补充了脱硫脱氮精制处理,圆筒炉和四合一炉的排烟温度分别由122.1℃和131.4℃减小至83.6℃和79.1℃,加热炉热效率分别由92.23%和92.40%提高至94.81%和95.05%,每年可节约燃料气费用约1014万元。同时,通过对加热炉区的升级改造,降低了污染物的排放,避免了露点腐蚀,实现了燃料气的洁净燃烧,满足最新的污染物排放要求,也实现了每年减少近3000t的二氧化碳排放。Heating furnace,an indispensable key equipment in petrochemical plants,is used to heat the process medium.Its utilization is directly related to the energy consumption index of each unit.In order to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction in refining and petrochemical enterprises,it is necessary to improve the thermal efficiency of heating furnaces and solve the problem of acid dew point corrosion in lowtemperature air preheaters.Using the"95+"waste heat recovery technology,the heating furnace area of the reforming unit in the 600kt/a CCR unit was upgraded.Through the double preheating of fuel gas and air and the supplementary desulfurization and denitrification treatment of fuel gas,the exhaust gas temperature of the cylindrical furnace and the four-in-one furnace was reduced from 122.1℃and 131.4℃to 83.6℃and 79.1℃,respectively,and the thermal efficiency of the furnaces was increased from 92.23%and 92.40%to94.81%and 95.05%,respectively,saving the fuel gas cost by about 10.14 million yuan per year.At the same time,through the upgrading of the heating furnace area,the emission of pollutants was reduced,the dew point corrosion was avoided,the clean combustion of fuel gas was realized,the latest pollutant emission requirements were met,and nearly 3000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions were reduced every year.
