摘 要:混合励磁轴向磁场(Hybrid Excitation Axial Flux Machine,简称HEAFM)电机结合了轴向永磁电机和电励磁同步电机的优点。本文以HEAFM的运行特性,建立了HEAFM的拓扑结构,并推导出数学模型,基于传统弱磁扩速控制策略,提出了一种HEAFM的转速、相位角及电压三闭环协同弱磁控制策略,利用MATLAB/Simulink建立了HEAFM与控制仿真模型。仿真结果表明三闭环协同的弱磁控制策略能够有效提高了态响应能力,实现快速跟踪,还具有更好的宽转速运行性能;最后通过样机的实验验证了控制策略的正确性和稳定性。The Hybrid Excitation Axial Flux Machine(HEAFM)combines the advantages of axial permanent magnet motors and electrically excited synchronous motors.This article establishes the topology structure of HEAFM based on its operating characteristics,and derives a mathematical model.Based on the traditional weak magnetic expansion control strategy,a three loop coordinated weak magnetic control strategy for speed,phase angle,and voltage of HEAFM is proposed.A simulation model of HEAFM and control is established by using MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation results show that the weak magnetic control strategy with three closed-loop coordination can effectively improve the dynamic response capability,achieve fast tracking,and have better wide-speed operation performance;Finally,the correctness and stability of the control strategy are verified through experiments on the prototype.
