摘 要:齿轮箱是船舶推进系统的重要零部件之一。某型散货船在满功率满舵试航过程中,齿轮箱主动轴后端径向滑动轴承发生高温失效的现象。本文用DLAP软件复核了滑动轴承设计中的主要参数,并做了评判。在Masta软件中建立了壳体和轴系耦合的受力分析模型,得出了滑动轴承失效的主要原因为箱体支撑刚性不足的结论。最后根据分析的结论和实船情况,提出了采用滚动轴承的改善方案。该方案已经实船试航验证通过。Gearbox is one of the important parts of Marine propulsion system.A high temperature failure of the radial plain bearing at the rear end of the driving shaft of gearbox occurred during full power and full rudder trial voyage of a certain bulk carrier.In this paper,DLAP software is used to check the main parameters of the plain journal bearing design and make a judgment.The analysis model of coupling force between housing and shafting is established in Masta software,and the main reason for the failure of plain journal bearing is insufficient rigidity of housing support.Finally,according to the conclusion of the analysis and the current ship condition,a improvement scheme of using rolling bearing is proposed.The scheme has been verified by sea trial.
