摘  要:铁路车辆在运行过程中,对车体本身及车载设备带来不可避免的结构冲击,车载设备的安装环境对设备本身的抗冲击性能产生重要影响。本文以机车车辆牵引变流器用接触器为研究对象,对接触器的安装环境进行了分类,在不同安装环境下对接触器进行了模态分析,根据机车车辆设备规定的冲击考核强度,用有限元方法计算统计了不同安装环境下的冲击响应,根据计算结果,得出了抗冲击性能更优的接触器安装方式,可对接触器的安装提供理论依据和参考。During the operation of railway vehicles,inevitable structural impacts are caused to the vehicle body and onboard equipment,andthe installation environment of onboard equipment has a significant impact on the impact resistance performance of the equipment itself.This article takes the contactor used in locomotive and vehicle traction inverters as the research object,classifies the installation environment of the contactor,and conducts modal analysis on the contactor under different installation environments.Based on the specified impact assessment strength of locomotive and vehicle equipment,the impact response under different installation environments is calculated and statistically analyzed by using finite element method.According to the calculation results,a contactor installation method with better impact resistance performance is obtained,which can provide theoretical basis and reference for the installation of contactors.
