摘　　要：本文根据试验收集到的数据,基于威布尔分布模型,使用中位秩回归方法对断路器寿命及其中位秩进行线性回归,并进行拟合优度检验,确定了该断路器的寿命分布服从威布尔分布。通过中位秩回归方法,计算得出威布尔分布的双参数,从而求得断路器的平均故障间隔时间,为断路器的寿命评估提供了依据。该方法与极大似然估计法相比,形状参数β值偏小,两种方法均可验证断路器的寿命服从威布尔分布,得出的结果比较一致,其提供了另一种威布尔分布参数估计方法。Based on Weibull distribution model and the collected experimental data,Median rank regression method is used for linear regression of circuit breaker life and median rank.It is determined that the life distribution conforms to the Weibull distribution model through fitting priority test.By means of the median rank regression method,double parameters of Weibull distribution are calculated.Meanwhile,mean time between failures of circuit breakers is obtained,providing a basis for the life evaluation of circuit breaker.Compared with maximum likelihood estimation method,the shape parameterβis smaller.Both methods can verify that the life of circuit breaker follows Weibull distribution,and the results obtained are quite consistent.It provides another method for estimating Weibull distribution parameters.
