情感调节策略与依恋类型在李清照创作中的体现与作用

摘　　要：李清照是词坛大家,其词作通过情感调节策略和依恋模式,展现了其复杂的心理变化与深刻的情感体验。她的诗词,巧妙地运用了情境选择、情境修正、注意偏向、认知重评等多种情感调节策略,进行情绪表达,使她能够以不同的方式表达情感,从而使其作品既充满真挚的情感力量,又保持着独特的艺术美感与思想深度。随着她所经历的早期婚姻中的安全依恋-丈夫去世后的焦虑依恋-自我封闭的回避依恋等依恋模式的变化,其作品情感基调从早期的充满爱意转为后来的孤寂和自我封闭。Li Qingzhao,a prominent figure in the world of Chinese ci poetry,demonstrated her complex psychological changes and profound emotional experiences through emotional regulation strategies and attachment patterns in her works.Her poetry skillfully employed various emotional regulation strategies,such as situation selection,situation modification,attention bias,and cognitive reappraisal,to express emotions.These strategies allowed her to convey emotions in different ways,resulting in works that are not only filled with sincere emotional power but also maintain unique artistic beauty and intellectual depth.As her attachment patterns evolved—ranging from secure attachment in her early marriage,to anxious attachment after the death of her husband,and later to self-isolating avoidant attachment—her emotional tone shifted from the love-filled optimism of her earlier works to the solitude and self-imposed isolation in her later ones.
