摘 要:随着我国大规模新能源基地建设的不断增加以及特高压直流送电技术的不断发展,基地清洁电力通过特高压直流外送通道送出实现消纳将是未来的常见形式,协调优化基地储能容量配置与特高压直流外送通道运行模式是提高系统经济性和清洁性的关键.提出了一种基于时序生产模拟的新能源基地储能容量配置与特高压直流外送通道运行模式的优化方法.考虑新能源发电量占比、新能源利用率、常规火电运行、储能电站运行、直流调节与外送电量等约束条件,以系统净收益最大为目标建立风光火储系统储能容量配置及外送通道运行优化模型,针对模型中的非线性约束进行了线性化处理.最后,以我国西北地区某新能源基地数据验证了所提模型和方法的有效性.With the continuous increase in the construction of large-scale renewable energy bases in our country and the continuous development of ultra-high-voltage direct current(UHVDC)transmission technology,it will become a common form in the future for clean electricity generated by base facilities to be transmitted through UHVDC external transmission channels to achieve integration and consumption.Coordinating and optimizing the configuration of energy storage capacity in base facilities with the operation mode of UHVDC external transmission channels are key to improving the economic and clean performance of the system.A method for optimizing the configuration of energy storage capacity in renewable energy bases and the operation mode of UHVDC external transmission channels based on time-series production simulation is proposed.Considering constraints such as the proportion of renewable energy generation,renewable energy utilization rate,conventional thermal power operation,energy storage station operation,DC regulation,and external transmission volume,a wind-solar-fire-storage system energy storage capacity configuration and external transmission channel operation optimization model with the objective of maximizing system net income is proposed,and linearization processing is performed on the nonlinear constraints in the model.Finally,the verification is carried out with data from a renewable energy base in the northwest region of China,verifying the effectiveness of the proposed model and method.
