摘  要:载流子的提取过程是影响钙钛矿太阳能电池(PSCs)性能的关键因素,高效的电荷提取过程不仅可加强光生载流子的收集,同时还可以抑制载流子复合,进而提高PSCs的光电转换效率.该文提出一种构筑体相异质结的方法来改善PSCs中界面电荷提取过程.该方法将二氧化钛(TiO_(2))纳米粒子添加至碘化铅溶液中,并以此构筑TiO_(2)/Perovskite体相异质结.研究发现在TiO_(2)纳米粒子的作用下,钙钛矿薄膜与电子传输层界面的电荷传输速率提高,电子萃取能力增强,薄膜内部和界面处的电荷传输电阻降低,这表明TiO_(2)/Perovskite体相异质结可以有效提升电荷提取能力.最后,本文研究了TiO_(2)/Perovskite体相异质结对PSCs器件光电性能的影响,发现基于TiO_(2)/Perovskite体相异质结的PSCs具有更高的填充因子和短路电流,这主要得益于界面传输电阻减小以及载流子复合受到抑制.以上研究结果表明,TiO_(2)/Perovskite体相异质结可以有效改善界面电荷提取,增强PSCs器件性能.The process of carrier extraction is a key factor affecting the performance of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Efficient charge extraction can not only improve the collection of photogenerated carriers,but also inhibit the recombination of carriers and improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells.In this work,a method was proposed to construct TiO_(2)/Perovskite bulk heterojunction to prepare efficient PSCs.In this method,TiO_(2)nanoparticles were added to PbI 2 solution and constructed into TiO_(2)/Perovskite bulk heterojunction.Our study found that under the action of TiO_(2)/Perovskite bulk heterojunction,the charge transfer rate at the interface between the perovskite thin film and the electron transport layer is increased,the electron extraction ability is enhanced,and the charge transfer resistance inside and at the interface of the thin film is reduced.This indicates that the TiO_(2)/Perovskite bulk heterojunction can effectively enhance the charge extraction ability.Finally,this article investigated the effect of TiO_(2)/Perovskite bulk heterojunction on the optoelectronic performance of PSCs devices.It was found that PSCs based on TiO_(2)/Perovskite bulk heterojunction have higher fill factor and short-circuit current,mainly due to the reduction of interface transmission resistance and suppression of carrier recombination.The above research results indicate that TiO_(2)/Perovskite bulk heterojunction can effectively improve interface charge extraction and enhance the performance of PSCs devices.
