摘 要:锂硫电池不仅具有高的理论比容量和能量密度,而且正极硫具有储量丰富、易回收、环境友好等特点,被认为是最具潜力的下一代储能器件.但活性物质硫的绝缘性、放电产物多硫化物溶解与穿梭等一系列问题,导致锂硫电池电化学性能差,严重阻碍了其商业化应用.制备功能化锂硫电池隔膜是解决锂硫电池面临的问题,提升锂硫电池电化学性能的重要途径.该文通过制备金属有机框架材料(UiO-66)与酸化碳纳米管(ACNT)的复合材料,并将其对商业隔膜进行修饰获得功能化隔膜.其中,UiO-66与多硫化物之间强的化学相互作用和优异的催化性能,能够有效促进多硫化物的催化转化并抑制其穿梭效应,改善锂硫电池电化学性能.此外,ACNT作为良好的导电基底,使得复合材料可以作为上层集流体提高活性物质硫的利用率.通过UiO-66和ACNT不同特性的协同作用,采用功能化隔膜的锂硫电池表现出优异的倍率和循环性能.Due to the advantages of high theoretical specific capacity and high energy density,as well as environmental friendliness and abundant sulfur reserves,lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries are considered to be the most potential next-generation energy storage devices.However,due to a series of problems such as the insulation of the active substance sulfur and the shuttle effect caused by the dissolution of polysulfide,the capacity of the battery is seriously degraded,which seriously hinders its commercial application.Researching functionalized separators is one of the important way to improve the electrochemical performance of Li-S batteries.Here,a novel composite composed of metal-organic framework and acidified carbon nanotubes(ACNT/UiO-66)was prepared,and applied modified commercial PP separators to form functionalized separators.The strong chemical interaction between UiO-66 and polysulfide and excellent catalytic performance can promote the catalytic conversion of polysulfide and inhibit the shuttle effect of polysulfide,improving the electrochemical performance of the Li-S batteries.Meanwhile,acidified carbon nanotubes have excellent electrical conductivity and can be identified as the upper fluid collector to improve the utilization rate of active substances.Through the synergistic effect of UiO-66 and ACNT,the Li-S batteries with functionalized separators show excellent electrochemical performance.
