摘 要:为了评价高掺量废旧沥青混合料(RAP)温拌再生SBS改性沥青混合料的水稳性,采用沥青表面能张力试验、沥青混合料冻融劈裂、浸水肯塔堡飞散和浸水马歇尔试验,基于沥青表面能、冻融劈裂抗拉强度比、飞散试验损失值和浸水残留稳定度指标分析不同RAP掺量温拌再生SBS改性沥青混合料水稳性的差异.结果表明:温拌再生SBS改性沥青表面能随着旧沥青掺量的增加先增后减,在40%RAP掺量时表面能最大;不同RAP掺量温拌再生SBS改性沥青混合料劈裂抗拉强度比和浸水残留稳定度均符合规范要求;温拌再生SBS改性沥青混合料飞散损失值随着RAP掺量增加先减后增,且均小于新SBS改性沥青混合料,40%RAP掺量时飞散损失最小,表明RAP温拌再生SBS改性沥青混合料的水稳性在高掺量40%时较优;温拌再生改性沥青混合料的沥青表面能与沥青混合料飞散损失和浸水残留稳定度有良好的相关性.其研究成果将为高掺量RAP温拌再生SBS改性沥青混合料水稳性评价及科学应用提供参考.In order to evaluate the water stability performance of warm-mixed recycled SBS asphalt mixtures with a high reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP)content,the surface tension test,freeze-thaw split test,water-immersed Fort Kentucky flyaway test and Marshall test were investigated.The water stability of old SBS modified asphalt mixtures with different RAP content is analysed using asphalt surface energy,freeze-thaw split tensile strength ratio of the mixture,loss value from scattering test and Marshall residual stability index.The results show that:the surface energy of warm mixed recycled asphalt increases first and then decreases with RAP increasing,with the maximum surface energy at 40%RAP content.The splitting tensile strength ratio and the Marshall immersion residual stability of SBS modified mixtures with different RAP contents meet the specification requirements.The dispersion loss value of the warm mix recycled SBS modified asphalt mixture decreases initially and then increases with the increase of RAP content,and is smaller than that of new SBS modified asphalt mixture.When the RAP content is 40%,the loss value of the spreading test is the lowest,indicating that the water stability of warm mix recycled SBS modified asphalt mixture containing high RAP content of 40%is better.The asphalt surface energy of warm-mix recycled modified asphalt mixture has a good correlation with the dispersion loss and residual stability of the asphalt mixture.This study will provide a technical reference for the evaluation of the water stability of SBS modified warm-mixed recycled asphalt mixtures.
