摘　　要：新疆抗战文化是在新疆工作的共产党人于抗战建新实践中推动形成的以马列主义为思想指导、弘扬以爱国主义和民族团结为重要精神的文化体系。从历时性角度看,新疆抗战文化的塑造凝练与“文化润疆”战略思想的提出虽处在不同的历史节点,但实则二者具有领导主体的同一性、思想底色的同源性、文化内涵的叠合性等多重内在耦合的精神特质。新时代弘扬和传承新疆抗战文化对于贯彻实施党的“文化润疆”工程具有重要推动作用。具体表现在强大精神动力的注入、文化融合方法的借鉴以及文化传播手段的参照等方面。从实践路径看,要立足于新时代背景下,以新疆抗战文化为载体,从深化研究、情感共振、学校共筑、社会共进四方面协同发力弘扬和传播新疆抗战文化,进而助力新时代党的文化润疆工程的实施。Xinjiang Resisting Japan War culture is a cultural system formed by the communists working in Xinjiang in the practice of Resisting Japan War and building a new one,which is guided by Marxism-Leninism and promotes patriotism and national unity as an important spirit.From the diachronic point of view,although the shaping and condensation of Xinjiang's Resisting Japan War culture and the proposal of the strategic thought of'culture moistening Xinjiang'are at different historical nodes,in fact,they have the identity of the leading subject,the homology of the ideological background,the superposition of the cultural connotation and other multiple internal coupling spiritual characteristics.The promotion and inheritance of Xinjiang's Resisting Japan War culture in the new era plays an important role in promoting the implementation of the Party's“Cultural Runjiang”project.It is embodied in the injection of strong spiritual power,the reference of cultural integration methods and the reference of cultural communication methods.From the perspective of practical path,we should base ourselves on the background of the new era,take Xinjiang's Resisting Japan War culture as the carrier,and make concerted efforts to promote and disseminate Xinjiang's Resisting Japan War culture from four aspects:deepening research,emotional resonance,school co-casting and social progress,so as to help the implementation of the party's cultural moistening project in the new era.
