摘　　要：目的建立广佛手商品等级标准。方法收集22批广佛手药材,开展长度(包括含裂瓣和不含裂瓣)、宽度、厚度等性状数量特征的测定,以及醇溶性浸出物和橙皮苷含量等内在指标的测定。对观测指标进行描述性统计分析、相关性分析及聚类分析。结果筛选出单片面积、醇溶性浸出物和橙皮苷含量作为划分广佛手等级的指标,将广佛手划分为一级、二级两个等级,其中一级单片面积≥20 cm^(2),浸出物含量≥45.00%,橙皮苷含量≥0.040%;二级单片面积<20 cm^(2),浸出物含量≥28.00,<45.00%,橙皮苷含量≥0.030,<0.040%。结论建立的广佛手商品等级标准可客观评判广佛手药材的质量,有利于保障广佛手药材的品质和临床疗效。Objective To establish a commercial standard of specification grades of Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus from Guangdong.Methods Twenty two batches of medicinal materials of Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus from Guangdong were collected.The quantitative characteristics such as length(including with and without cleaved petals),width,thickness,as well as the intrinsic indicators such as alcohol-soluble extract and hesperidin content were measured.Descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,and cluster analysis were performed on the observed indicators.Results Single piece area,alcohol-soluble extract,and hesperidin content were selected as indicators for grading Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus from Guangdong,which was divided into two grades:single leaf area≥20 cm^(2),extract content≥45.00%,hesperidin content≥0.040% were classified as the first grade;single leaf area<20 cm^(2),extract content≥28.00% and<45.00%,hesperidin content≥0.030% and<0.040% were classified as the second grade.Conclusion The established standard of grades can help objectively assess the quality of Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus from Guangdong,thus assuring its quality and clinical efficacy.
