健脾祛湿穴贴对痰湿型糖尿病前期的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察健脾祛湿穴贴对痰湿型糖尿病前期的临床疗效以及安全性。方法筛选90例符合纳入标准的病例作为样本,采用随机数字表法将样本分为两组,即对照组及干预组。对照组在基础治疗方式上加用盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片,干预组在基础治疗方式上加用健脾祛湿穴位贴敷法,进行疗效及安全性评价。结果实验显示,总有效率上,干预组高于对照组(P<0.05);中西医各项指标(中医证候表现形体肥胖、腹围增大、脘腹胀满、纳呆便溏黏、口淡无味或口黏评分及总分;糖代谢指标水平)改善情况上,干预组改善程度较对照组更为明显(P<0.05);TCSS评分上,干预组低于对照组(P<0.05),且腓浅神经的SNCV、腓总神经的MNCV高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾祛湿穴贴干预痰湿型糖尿病前期有明显效果,可改善患者各项中医症状,改善糖代谢水平以及一些早期神经损伤临床症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of spleen-strengthening and dampness-expelling acupoint application in prediabetes(phlegm-dampness type).Methods According to the experimental design,90 cases meeting the inclusion criteria were screened as samples,and the samples were divided into 2 groups by using the random number table method.In the control group,metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets were added to the basic treatment modality;while in the intervention group,spleen-strengthening and dampness-expelling acupoint application method was added to the basic treatment modality.Results The experiment showed that the total effective rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the improvement of various indicators of Chinese and Western medicine was more obvious in the intervention group than that of the control group(P<0.05),the TCSS score was lower in the intervention group than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the SNCV of the superficial peroneal nerve and the MNCV of the common peroneal nerve were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The experiment proved that the intervention efficacy of this method was desired.
