摘　　要：目的探究针刺联合推拿治疗对视频终端(VDT)视疲劳患者的临床疗效。方法64例VDT视疲劳患者被随机分为对照组和治疗组各32例。对照组接受七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上接受针刺治疗和推拿治疗,两组患者的治疗时间均为3个疗程,每个疗程持续7天。疗程结束后,进行临床疗效及各项指标的比较分析。结果治疗后两组患者BUT、SIT、坚持近距离用眼时间、结膜充血分级、视疲劳症状积分均得到改善,治疗组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合推拿对VDT视疲劳患者有缓解作用,且疗效明显优于单纯使用西药治疗,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Tuina therapy on patients with visual fatigue in the visual display terminal(VDT).Methods 64 VDT patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 32 in each.The control group was treated with Esculin and Digitalis Glycosides Eye Drops.The treatment group,based on the control group,received acupuncture and Tuina therapy.The treatment time of the two groups were 3 courses of treatment,with each of 7 days.After the course of treatment,comparative analysis was made on the clinical efficacy and various indicators.Results After treatment,BUT,SIT,duration of close use,conjunctival hyperemia grade and visual fatigue symptom score were all improved in the two groups,especially in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Tuina therapy can alleviate VDT asthenopia,and the curative effect is better than that of Western medicine,which merits promotion in clinical practice.
