摘　　要：怒志为七情之一,有易发、难制、易致病的特点,既可为病因亦可为病症或怒证,为抑郁症、焦虑症、躁狂症等多种情志病症典型症状表现。中医理论认为,肝主疏泄调畅情志,怒的失调本质在肝疏泄功能紊乱,治疗多以疏肝为要,但时至今日鲜有专题研究,研究深度远不及抑郁及焦虑领域,其危害却不遑多让,凸现研究短板。文章从怒入手,以经前烦躁障碍症(PMDD)肝气逆证愤怒障碍为载体,从中西医结合角度探微怒志失调内涵,以期引起学界对怒志研究重视,推动战“怒”靶向药物研发。Being one of the seven emotions,anger is characterized by easy onset,difficulty in control,and susceptibility.Being a cause or a symptom,anger is a typical symptom of various emotional disorders such as depression,anxiety,and mania.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory holds that the liver governs the regulation of emotions,and the essence of the imbalanced anger is the dysfunction of liver function,so the treatment often lies in soothing the liver.To date,few focused studies have been conducted.Among which,the depth of research cannot be compared with that of depression and anxiety.The harm of excessive anger need to be further studied.This article,starting with the concept of anger,taking the liver qi reversal syndrome in premenstrual dysphoric disorder(PMDD)as the carrier,explores the connotation of disordered anger from the perspective of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,in order to attract due attention from the academic community and promote the development of targeted anti-anger drugs.
