不同硝铵比对牛至实生苗根系生长和氮磷钾吸收的影响

摘  要:目的探明牛至氮素吸收特征及其与根系形态的关系。方法以牛至种子为试验材料,采用基质培养试验,在总氮浓度为1.6 mmol·L^(-1)条件下,分析了5种不同硝铵比[硝态氮(NO_(3)^(-)-N)∶铵态氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)摩尔比例分别为100∶0、75∶25、50∶50、25∶75、0∶100]对牛至实生苗根系生长参数、整株生物量以及植株氮磷钾含量的影响。结果硝铵比100∶0处理牛至总根长显著高于其他处理,硝铵比25∶75处理牛至总根表面积、根尖数和根系活力显著高于其他处理14.94%~56.28%、4.70%~116.57%和23.81%~333.33%;硝铵比为50∶50、25∶75和0∶100处理牛至氮含量显著高于其他处理,而三处理间无显著差异;硝铵比为25:75牛至磷含量显著高于其他处理19.14%~78.25%,混合氮源(硝铵比为75∶25、50∶50和25∶75)处理钾含量均显著低于全硝态氮(硝铵比为100∶0)处理,显著高于全铵态氮(硝铵比为0∶100)处理;硝铵比25∶75处理生物量最高,其氮、磷、钾积累量分别比其他处理显著提高20.36%~145.12%、42.66%~293.20%和35.00%~93.76%。结论供氮浓度相同时,硝铵比25∶75更能促进牛至幼苗根系生长和氮磷钾的吸收利用。Objective To explore the characteristics of nitrogen absorption in Origanum vulgare L.and its relationship with root morphology.Methods Five NO_(3)^(-)-N/NH_(4)^(+)-N ratios(concentration ratios of NO_(3)^(-)-N/NH_(4)^(+)-N were 100∶0,75∶25,50∶50,25∶75,and 0∶100)were conducted to analyze the effects of NO_(3)^(-)-N/NH_(4)^(+)-N ratios on the root growth,plant biomass,and nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium contents of Origanum vulgare L.seedlings under the condition of a total nitrogen concentration of 1.6 mmol/L.Results In terms of root growth,the total root length of Origanum vulgare L.under the NO_(3)^(-)-N/NH_(4)^(+)-N ratio of 100∶0 was significantly higher than that of other treatments.Under the NO_(3)^(-)-N/NH_(4)^(+)-N ratio of 25∶75,the total root surface area,root tip number,and root activity of Origanum vulgare L.were significantly higher than other treatments by 14.94%~56.28%,4.70%~116.57%,and 23.81%~333.33%,respectively.In terms of nutrient absorption,the nitrogen content of Origanum vulgare L.under NO_(3)^(-)-N/NH_(4)^(+)-N ratios of 50∶50,25∶75,and 0∶100 was significantly higher than that of other treatments,but there was no significant difference among these three treatments.The phosphorus content of Origanum vulgare L.under the NO_(3)^(-)-N/NH_(4)^(+)-N ratio of 25∶75 was significantly higher than that of other treatments by 19.14%~78.25%.The potassium content of the mixed nitrogen source(NO_(3)^(-)-N/NH_(4)^(+)-N ratios of 75∶25,50∶50,and 25∶75)was significantly lower than that of the all-nitrate nitrogen(NO_(3)^(-)-N/NH_(4)^(+)-N ratio of 100∶0)treatment but significantly higher than that of the all-ammonium nitrogen(NO_(3)^(-)-N/NH_(4)^(+)-N ratio of 0∶100)treatment.In terms of nutrient accumulation,the biomass of Origanum vulgare L.seedlings under the NO_(3)^(-)-N/NH_(4)^(+)-N ratio of 25∶75 was the highest,and the nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium accumulation of Origanum vulgare L.under the NO_(3)^(-)-N/NH_(4)^(+)-N ratio of 25∶75 were significantly higher
