摘　　要：文章对国医大师韦贵康教授基于“脊督一体”观调治脊源性亚健康的学术经验进行探讨与总结分析。韦贵康教授认为,临床中存在着脊柱相关疾病的疾病前状态,即脊源性亚健康状态,如能提前干预,则可阻止或延缓脊柱相关疾病的发生。韦贵康教授还认为,脊柱和督脉在结构和功能上相依相协,且病理相关,并提出了“脊督一体”观;临床上基于“脊督一体”观,采用手法和背部罐法并同时配合功能锻炼、纠正日常不良姿势等方法调治脊源性亚健康,可以取得满意临床疗效。该文总结和分析了韦贵康教授基于“脊督一体”观调治脊源性亚健康的学术经验,可供同仁临床与科研参考。The article tries to explore and summarize the academic experience of national TCM master Wei Guikang in regulating and treating the spine-related sub-health conditions from the perspective of taking spine and governor vessel as a whole.Professor Wei Guikang believes that there exists a pre-diseased state of spine-related problems in clinical practice,known as the sub-health conditions of spinal origin.If intervened early,the occurrence of spinal-related diseases may be prevented or delayed.Professor Wei also believes that being interdependent structurally and functionally,the spine and governor vessel are pathologically related,for which he has proposed the holistic view of spine and governor vessel.Clinically,by applying manipulations,back cupping and functional exercises based on the integration of spine and governor vessel,and correcting the daily poor postures,desired clinical effects can be achieved in the treatment of the sub-health conditions of spinal origin.In brief,this article summarizes and analyzes the academic experience of Professor Wei in regulating and treating the sub-health conditions of spinal origin based on the integration of spine and governor vessel,aiming to provide some reference for peers in the future clinical practice and scientific research.
