摘　　要：新型显示用玻璃材料是新型显示关键基础材料,回顾了薄膜晶体管液晶显示(TFT-LCD)和有机发光二极管显示(OLED)用玻璃材料研发情况,包括基板玻璃、盖板玻璃、触控玻璃、柔性玻璃4类超薄玻璃,对比分析了国内外发展概况,发现中国在基板玻璃技术研发和产业实施方面与国外尚有差距;在盖板玻璃产能方面具有领先优势,但柔性玻璃和OLED基板玻璃等高端产品尚需努力;触控玻璃已积累了丰富产业经验,产能和质量水平处于领先优势。对于新一代微小间距发光二极管显示(MLED)而言,应进行前瞻性基础研究、技术开发和产业化工作。The new type of glass material for display is a key basic material for new displays.In this article,the glass materials used in thin-film transistor liquid crystal display(TFT-LCD)and organic light-emitting diode display(OLED)are reviewed including four types of ultra-thin glass:substrate glass,cover glass,touch glass,and flexible glass.A comparative analysis of domestic and foreign development is conducted,and there is still a gap between China and foreign countries in the research and development of substrate glass technology and industrial implementation;China is leading in the production capacity of cover glass,but efforts should be made in the high-end products such as flexible glass and OLED substrate glass;Rich industry experience of tough glass has been accumulated in China,which is in the lead for the production capacity and quality level.For the new generation of small pitch light-emitting diode display(MLED),prospective basic research,technological development,and industrialization should be carried out.
