中空夹层钢管混凝土支撑系统研究与应用

摘  要:本研究提出了一种适用于基坑围护结构的型钢混凝土组合结构支撑系统,通过对已有公式和有限元模拟的验证,明晰了型钢混凝土组合结构的材料特性,具有良好的承载能力。此外,本技术还具有调节长度、轴力传递与保持、安装和拆卸便捷等功能和优点。经工程应用和对比传统混凝土或钢支撑,本技术解决了施工过程质量控制无法保证、施工难度大、施工周期长等问题,同时总结出了一套切实可行的中空夹层钢管混凝土支撑系统施工具体流程。这一技术的成功应用带来了良好的经济效益和社会效益,为基坑支护工程提供了新的技术应用思路和途径,具有良好的参考应用价值。A steel reinforced concrete composite support system suitable for foundation pit enclosures was proposed in this study.Through verification by existing formulas and finite element simulations,the material properties of the steel reinforced concrete composite structure were defined,including high bearing capacity.In addition,it has functions and advantages in terms of length adjustment,axial force transfer and retention,connivence in installation and disassembly and so on.According to the performance in engineering application and comparison with conventional concrete or steel supports,this study provides a solution to construction quality control,construction difficulty and long construction period.Meanwhile,a practical and feasible process was summarized for construction of the steel reinforced concrete composite support system.If applied successfully,this process will greatly contribute economic benefits and social value,and provides new technical ideas and approaches for foundation pit support engineering,with high reference value in applications.
