摘　　要：结合北京房山某安置房项目,对其在主体结构施工阶段地上标准层采用的花篮拉杆式工字钢悬挑脚手架工艺进行了说明与分析,对该施工方法的搭设过程进行了重点阐述,并对其产生的效益进行了总结,从施工准备、施工方法、保证措施以及悬挑梁和脚手架的演算等方面,阐述了新型花篮拉杆式工字钢悬挑脚手架优越性和可推广性,可为今后工程施工提供借鉴。Based on a resettlement housing project in Fangshan,Beijing,the basket tie bar type I-beam cantilever scaffold used in the above-ground standard layer in main structure construction was described and analyzed,focusing on the erection process.In addition,the benefits arising therefrom were summarized.From the perspectives of construction preparation,construction methods,guarantee measures and calculations regarding cantilever beams and scaffolds,the superiority and promotability of the new basket tie bar type I-beam cantilever scaffold were described for reference in future engineering construction.
