摘 要:钢管立柱因其良好的承载能力和刚度,在深基坑的内支撑体系中应用越来越广泛。钢管立柱桩在混凝土灌注过程中因钢管内外混凝土连通,在混凝土灌注至桩顶标高后,无法连续灌注,导致灌注施工历时长、难度大、质量保证率低。结合钢管立柱桩的施工工艺特点,研究了水下混凝土的绕流规律,通过在设计桩顶标高位置安装阻绕流装置,有效解决了灌注施工中混凝土的绕流问题,使钢管立柱可以快速、连续施工,在提升施工效率的同时,也提高了施工质量。Steel pipe columns are increasingly used in internal support systems of deep foundation pits due to high bearing capacity and stiffness.However,concrete pouring of steel pipe column piles cannot be continued at the top elevation due to concrete flow inside and outside steel pipes,resulting in long pouring period,significant difficulty and low rate of quality guarantee.In conjunction with the construction process characteristics of steel pipe column piles,the law of underwater concrete flow was studied.A flow deflector can be installed at the design top elevation to effectively solve the problem of concrete flow in pouring and facilitate quick and continuous construction of steel pipe columns,thereby improving the efficiency and quality of construction.
