摘  要:本研究以海积平原地貌形成的欠固结深厚软土为背景,以福州某高层住宅建筑(福建省重点大型项目)的桩基础设计为例,介绍了本项目在桩基础的方案选择、承载力特征值的确定、抗震性能化设计、压屈稳定等关键计算的分析结果,得出了几点结论和建议,可为同类条件的深厚软土桩基础设计提供借鉴。With the under-consolidated deep soft soil in the marine plain landform as the background,and the pile foundation design of a high-rise residential building in Fuzhou(a key largescale project in Fujian)as an example,the analysis results of key calculations in this project were described,including the selection of pile foundation scheme,determination of the characteristic value of bearing capacity,seismic performance design,buckling stability and the like.In addition,several conclusions and suggestions were drawn for reference in the design of pile foundations in deep soft soil under similar conditions.
