顺逆作结合施工工艺在深基坑围护工程中稳定性设计分析

摘  要:以大理某深基坑支护项目为例,介绍了顺逆作结合施工法在深基坑支护中的设计过程。项目逆作区采用排桩–梁板支护体系,顺作区采用排桩–内支撑支护体系,先利用建筑结构设计软件对逆作区的地下室结构进行稳定性分析,确定逆作区的地下室结构和梁板布置形式,再利用岩土设计软件对顺作区内支撑布置进行设计并建模计算其稳定性。因逆作区为梁板结构,根据经验公式计算逆作区梁板弹性支点刚度系数后可知,该系数趋于无穷大,所以对顺作区内支撑布置进行设计时,可将逆作区部分视为固定支座,经多次布撑和稳定性计算后,最终确定顺作区的内支撑布置方案以及施工过程。设计过程与成果符合国家、地方规范与标准要求,并且符合项目使用要求,可为同类型基坑支护设计提供借鉴。Taking a deep foundation pit support project in Dali as an example,the design process was introduced for forward and reverse construction in deep foundation pit support engineering.The pile-beam slab support system was used in the reverse construction area of the project,while the pileinternal support system in the forward construction area.First,a stability analysis was conducted with building design software on the basement structure in the reverse construction area,and the basement structure and beam slab layout in the reverse construction area were determined.Secondly,the support layout in the forward construction area was designed with geotechnical design software,and its stability was calculated by modeling.For the beam-slab structure in the reverse construction area,the stiffness coefficient of the elastic support of the beam slab in the reverse construction area was calculated by an empirical formula.As this coefficient tends to infinity,the structure in the reverse construction area was deemed as a fixed support in the support layout design of the forward construction area.Through support and stability calculations,the internal support layout and construction process for the forward construction area were determined.The design process and outcome comply with national and local regulations and standards as well as project requirements,providing a reference for the design of similar foundation pit supports.
