摘 要:为探明增效剂对混凝土耐久性能的影响,降低混凝土后期质量隐患,选取C30、C40和C50这3种强度等级混凝土,通过对比试验和扫描电镜分析,研究增效剂对混凝土抗氯离子渗透、抗碳化、收缩、早期开裂和微观形貌的影响。结果表明:掺加胶凝材料总量0.6%的增效剂、胶凝材料用量降低15~20 kg/m^(3)的情况下,仍可提高混凝土致密性,对不同等级混凝土耐久性均有提升作用,改善效果随混凝土强度等级的提高而稍有减弱,其中掺增效剂的C30混凝土表现最佳,其氯离子渗透系数、28 d碳化深度、3 d收缩率和早期开裂面积可分别降低21.1%、34.7%、17.9%和52.8%。In order to explore the influence of synergists on the concrete durability and reduce quality hazards of concrete in the later stage,C30,C40 and C50 concrete was used.Through comparative experiments and scanning electron microscopy analysis,the influence of synergists on concrete resistance to chloride ion penetration,carbonation,shrinkage,early cracking and microstructure was studied.Results have shown that using synergists equivalent to 0.6%of the total amount of cementitious materials and reducing the consumption of cementitious materials by 15~20 kg/m^(3) will improve the density and durability of concrete of different grades,but the effect of reinforcement declines with the concrete grade increasing.C30 concrete mixed with synergists had the best properties,among which the chloride ion permeability coefficient,28d carbonation depth,3d shrinkage rate and early cracking area decreased by 21.1%,34.7%,17.9%,and 52.8%,respectively.
