连续刚构桥施工控制参数敏感性研究

摘  要:桥梁结构主要参数值大小会影响桥梁的应力分布程度。以新建玄真大桥为例,采用有限元软件模拟桥梁施工过程,对不同桥梁参数工况进行了应力和变形分析,通过施工现场监测验证数值模拟结果的可靠性。结果表明,主梁重量变化与混凝土收缩徐变对主梁变形的影响明显,弹性模量对主梁挠度变形影响小于对应力影响;应考虑施工过程中混凝土的收缩和徐变影响控制施工参数,进行预拱度。该项研究可为相关变截面桥施工控制技术优化提供参考。Main parameters of bridge structures affect their stress distribution.Taking the newlybuilt Xuanzhen Bridge as an example,the bridge construction process was simulated with finite element software,stress and deformation were analyzed with different bridge parameters,and the reliability of numerical simulation results was verified through on-site monitoring.Results have shown that weight changes of main beams and shrinkage and creep of concrete have significant impact on the deformation of main beams;the elastic modulus had less impact on the deflection and deformation of main beams than stress;and pre-arching should be performed considering the impact of concrete shrinkage and creep on construction parameters in the construction process.This study provides a reference for optimization of the construction control technology for variable-section bridges.
