摘 要:堆石混凝土技术是一种新型低碳环保的筑坝方法,其核心在于利用大粒径的块石作为主要建筑材料,并从结构表面开始浇筑自密实混凝土,从而构建一个不需要振动压实、依赖材料自身重量填充空隙的致密结构。这项技术自2003年起由研究人员基于自密实混凝土技术开发以来,已在国内外250余座工程中得到应用,其中包括175座堆石混凝土筑坝工程,显著减少了水泥用量,降低了水化热和收缩,同时实现了能源的节省并降低了二氧化碳的排放量。论文还阐述了堆石混凝土技术在不同场景下的数个创新应用实例,强调堆石混凝土技术展现了工程材料和施工技术结合的新趋势,随着技术的不断进步和创新,堆石混凝土技术有望在全球范围内得到更广泛的应用,为解决水资源管理、能源开发和环境保护等全球性问题提供更多可能性。Rock-filled Concrete technology is a new type of low-carbon environmental protection dam construction method,its core is to use large particle size stone as the main building material,and cast self-compacting concrete on its surface,to form a complete dense structure without vibration,relying on self-weight filling voids.Since the technology was developed by researchers in 2003,it has been applied in more than 250 projects at home and abroad,including 175 rock-filled concrete dam construction projects,significantly reducing the amount of cement,reducing hydration heat and shrinkage,while saving energy and reducing carbon dioxide emissions.The paper also introduces several innovative application cases of rock-filled concrete technology,emphasizing that rock-filled concrete technology shows a new trend of the combination of engineering materials and construction technology.With the continuous progress and innovation of technology,rock-filled concrete technology is expected to be more widely used in the world,providing more possibilities for solving global problems such as water resource management,energy development and environmental protection.
